At The Bath Body Terminal (BathBodyTerminal.com), we are always advising our customers to create a home spa retreat to save precious time and money. And believe me; we really believe that this is the best way for women to pamper and cherish the skin that they are in.

Last week, staffers at The Bath Body Terminal visited a local spa in Bowie, Maryland. The purpose of the visit was to see why women spent so much money spa facials. Our visit at the spa in Bowie was absolutely fabulous. We indulged in a deep pore facial that lasted for an hour. Our one hour facial cost us $151.

After the cleansing, we were we advised for proper skin care, we should use invest in several facial products being sold by the spa. The cost for the skin care items was $150. So, for our one hour visit at the spa, we spent a total of $301 per person.

Don’t get me wrong, the spa experience was nice and relaxing. However, this experience reconfirmed that creating an at home spa retreat is simply the way to go. First of all, you don’t need to spend $301 to properly care of your skin. The Bath Body Terminal (BathBodyTerminal.com) has fabulous imported Fruitify mud masks from Australia that cost only $18.50.

These wonderful mud masks are filled with rich ingredients that will nurture and pamper your skin. To appeal to the masses, there is strawberry, wild berry & raspberry mud masks, banana and blueberry mud masks, mango and passionate fruit mud masks, and watermelon and orange mud masks.

So, you can spend $151 for a facial at spa. Or, you can spend $18.50 at The Bath Body Terminal for an imported mud mask that will leave your skin looking absolutely fabulous. You decide.

Those of you moms who need a chance to get away from the ruckus that is your daily routine will do well to heed our suggestions for taking some time off to pamper yourself as a reward for the hard work, time and dedication you put into your family. Although we know things can get hectic at times (a handful of us here at The Bath Body Terminal are mothers, too!), The Bath Body Terminal is committed to helping you make the most of the time that you do have to lay back and relax during a nice, warm bath.

Here's what we think:

Buy yourself a heated towel rack (you should have no problem finding one for under $50). This way when you get out of the tub you can pamper yourself with a nice and fluffy warm towel. You might also want to invest in a bath pillow for laying back in the tub comfortably without discomfort in your neck and back. Play some soothing music for setting a relaxing mood. Put some room fragrances in the bathroom for establishing a calming aroma. The Bath Body Terminal will soon be introducing a line of room fragrances, so keep an eye out!

Finally, natural skin-soothing soaps, shower gels and body washes are a must. That's where we come in. Enjoy any of our many popular bath items from Fruitify or Asquith & Somerset. And even better, The Bath Body Terminal (www.bathbodyterminal.com) will be introducing all-new lines of luxuriously exotic bath products from the likes of Mediterranean Spa, Dresdner Essenz, L'Amande, and more.

Follow these bath and body tips from The Bath Body Terminal (www.bathbodyterminal.com) and we guarantee your baths will be that much more rewarding. Face it, some people just have more sensitive skin than do others. If you're one of those women with sensitive skin, you know what it's like to rub chemical-laden commercial bath products and cosmetics on your skin only to experience itching, burns, rashes or other skin ailments.

At Bath Body Terminal (www.bathbodyterminal.com) we believe there should be no consequences for beauty. We're not trying to sell you cheap chemical bath products to make a buck off of you, like some companies do. We carry the products we carry because we're passionate about them.

Every product you see on our website has been created with your best interests in mind. Taking that into consideration, we have decided to add an Oil of Almond Cleanser to our line of skin-nourishing bath items.

This Homemade Oil of Almond Cleanser is suitable for all skin types but designed especially for those with sensitive skin. Plus, its sweet and nutty aroma makes it a perfect addition to your bath and body item collection.

On top of enjoying this product's mildly soothing texture and calming aroma, you can also take pride in knowing you are doing good to your skin. Some other skin benefits of almond oil include:
* Because it is easily absorbed by the skin, almond oil is a great natural moisturizer.

* Almond oil is a lightweight, non-greasy oil that softens the skin without clogging pores.

* Almond oil's high vitamin A content neutralizes detrimental elements in the skin, leaving it looking and feeling vibrant and healthy.

Soon Bath Body Terminal will be introducing a homemade honey bubble bath item to our line of irresistible products. Our mission is to make Bath Body Junky(www.bathbodyterminal.com) your source for the most luxurious, skin-pampering, natural bath and body items and we're accomplishing it one step at a time.

Our homemade honey bubble bath is deliciously soothing while it invigorates your skin with the most beneficial nutrients nature has to offer. Did you know honey is a super-food that contains vitamins B1, B2, C, B6, B5, and B3 as well as the minerals copper, iodine, and zinc?

Here are some other facts about honey and how it is good for your skin:

* When honey is rubbed on the skin, it releases a form of antiseptic hydrogen peroxide that kills bacteria but does not harm skin tissue. That means honey actively works to fight off bacteria, making you effortlessly healthier!

* Honey is rich in antioxidants, which eliminate free radicals that can harm the skin while also protecting skin from the sun and other damage.

* The sugars in honey absorb water, making honey an ideal (and all-natural!) skin moisturizer.

* Honey is an anti-inflammatory that soothes the skin when it is sore, burned, or damaged.

Now that you know what honey can do for your skin, we bet you can't wait to get Bath Body Terminal's homemade honey bubble bath in your bath item collection. Keep checking back on this blog for more exciting updates on our upcoming products.

Just like the Dresdner Essenz Chamomile Marigold Herbal Bath Packet, this bath powder from the same company is loaded with tons of health-boosting nutrients that work magic on your skin.

Dresdner Essenz' Rosemint Bath Powder is a soothing blend of rosemary and, you guessed it, wild mint, both of which are natural skin-health enhancers.

Bath Body Terminal (www.bathbodyterminal.com) will be unveiling these bath packets soon, but first we want to let you in on why we chose to add them to our line of skin-nourishing bath and body items. Read on to discover some of the many benefits that rosemary and wild mint have to offer you:

* Rosemary's astringent properties help to tighten saggy or wrinkly skin (or prevent sagging and wrinkling). In this sense, Rosemary is an anti-aging herb.

* Rosemary is a stimulant, meaning it can help wake you up in the morning or brighten your mood when you're feeling down.

* The wild mint aroma in the Dresdner Essenz bath packets can help to ease tension and fatigue.

* Like rosemary, mint is also a stimulant that can perk you up on tired days.

Puffy eyes can make anyone look older and more stressed. Don't waste your money on big name products that claim to vanish puffy eyes. All you need is to follow these guidelines from The Bath Body Terminal (www.bathbodyterminal.com) and you'll be rid of puffy eyes for good.

Regulate Your Sleep Pattern: Research suggests getting more sleep can reduce puffy eyes. But don't overdo it; too much sleep can cause you to have puffy eyes too. Map out a sleep schedule between seven to nine hours and try to stick to your schedule most nights.

Drink More Water: Puffy eyes can also be the result of water retention. Drink a minimum of eight ounces per day so that your kidneys and liver can free toxins from your body and hydrate you. Not only will drinking more water get rid of puffy eyes, but it will make skin GLOW.

Cut Back on Sugar: Too much sugar consumption can be the culprit to your puffy eyes. Cut back on half of your sugar consumption this week and see if you notice any changes. To satisfy your sweet tooth, replace cookies and other baked goods with fruits and a moderate amount of natural fruit juices. Fruit is a beauty food. Too many sweets can dim your skin's natural glow.

Tea Bags and Cucumbers: Placing wet tea bags or cucumbers on your eyes has been a beauty tip for years. The fruits' natural nutritional components will help cut back on the swelling right away and relieve your eyes for as long as you keep them on.

Fruitify Soap Juice Bars: Research has shown that aloe vera can help soothe and diminish puffy eyes. All of our Fruitify Soap Juice Bars at Bath Body Junky are made with an aloe vera base that works wonders for your skin - and your puffy eyes.

Take these suggestions into consideration and you should be on your way to vibrant, rested eyes in no time.
